Training of Trainers workshop on data collection for Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, Birendranagar was held yesterday at Sano Paila Regional Office, Lalitpur with the members of Cycle City Network Nepal, Nepalese Youth for Climate Action, GD Labs, and Clean Energy Nepal. Specifically, the training will help train the data collectors from Birendranagar, Surkhet to understand household information, road inventory survey, traffic vehicle count, parking, roadside amenities, passenger occupancy survey, etc.

The data collected from the survey will help understand the mobility of the people and the development of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for Birendranagar Municipality. The training was facilitated by Er. Resu Poudel and Er. Samip Sigdel.
