We successfully concluded the second day of our Employees Annual Gathering and Capacity Development Workshop. The day began with an expression of gratitude, where we acknowledged and gave a shoutout to those we often overlook in our daily routines, emphasizing the importance of recognizing those in need.

The sessions that followed were rich and insightful. We went into the Founding Philosophy and History of Sano Paila, explored Determining Decision Risk and Uncertainty, reviewed our Operational Protocols and Policies, and discussed Child Safeguarding, Protection, Sensitivity, Legality, and Confidentiality. We also focused on Planning for the year 2081/82.

These sessions were expertly facilitated by our Founder, Kanchan Jha, Legal Advisor Amita Sharma, Child Care and GESI Specialist Geeta Subedi, and Head of Resource Mobilization and Grants Management, Raunak Raj Sarraf.
