After the successful inauguration and exhibition of our School of Women’s Entrepreneurship, we have now commenced a 3-day Employee Annual Gathering and Capacity Development Workshop. This program is designed to reflect on past events, evaluate our current status, and plan for the future. Staff members from all our project offices have joined us for this important gathering.

On the first day, sessions were focused on our organizational mission, vision, profile, and impact. These sessions were facilitated by our Head of Resource Mobilization, Raunak Raj Sarraf, and our Head of Operations, Bibek Karn, and were well received by all attendees.

We have additional sessions planned for our team in the coming days.
