NOTICE
Call for Expression of Interest

Sano Paila (A Little Step) is commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale
Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH under Capacity Building and Finance for National Action on Climate and
Biodiversity (CBF), to develop the Mobility plan for Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet in two years.
The primary objective of the Mobility Plan for Birendranagar Municipality is to develop the Sustainable
Urban Mobility Plan of the Birendranagar Municipality to improve the transportation system for roads
and mobility management of the municipality to make it carbon-free and people-friendly.
Thus Sano Paila here by requests for expression of interest from interested \irms and organizations
along with the amount bid in Euros within 15 days of the notice published for the following activities
through email or drop at Sano Paila Regional Of\ice, Sanepa, Lalitpur. Maximum work duration is 16
months.

1. Conduct Data collection in the municipality
2. Showcase the experience from other cities
3. Design and procurement of Tshirt, Caps, Standees
4. Urban mobility-related training
5. Training to youth volunteers to generate interest in SUMP
6. Cross-functional duties when needed and assigned by agreement
7. Preparation and printing of Information Education and Communication materials
